- Manage the workload, capacity, and performance of assigned workshop portfolios.
- Plan the production of finished jewelry products for designated workshops.
- Monitor daily workshop performance, prioritize supply needs, and escalate necessary alerts.
- Communicate weekly and monthly performance reports and maintain control over workshop portfolios.
- Ensure workload-capacity alignment with workshop strategy.
- Optimize and standardize planning tools for increased efficiency.
- Consolidate operational needs for a product range.
- Act as a liaison between Supply Chain Management and operations for specific product ranges.
- Lead planning service projects, including scoping, execution, alerts, closure, and feedback.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and team projects.
- Propose ideas to enhance service performance and actively implement resulting actions.
- Enrollment in an engineering or business school with a specialization in Supply Chain or Production Management.
- Proficiency in Excel and a strong interest in information systems.
- Attention to detail, curiosity, and responsiveness.
- Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork orientation.
Ideally, candidates should have completed a significant internship in the Supply Chain field.
Currently pursuing a degree in engineering or business with a focus on Supply Chain or Production Management.
