- Conduct quality control of diamonds according to established specifications and manage returns for quality rejections.
- Perform 4C, dimensional, and naturality checks on round white pavé diamonds.
- Assemble stone kits for production, including for standard range, new collections, and special orders.
- Conduct weekly weighing of diamonds.
- Perform 4C checks and GIA readings on certified white diamonds.
- Create pairings of certified diamonds.
- Contribute to stock management and participate in rotating and annual inventories for all stones.
- Propose continuous improvement projects within the department.
- Currently enrolled in a gemology program (GIA, ING, GemA, etc.) with a focus on diamonds.
- Recognized for precision, adaptability, diligence, and ethical standards.
- Proficiency in teamwork and collaboration.
- Basic knowledge of computer tools, particularly Excel.
- Dexterity in handling stones with gemological tools.
- Basic understanding of English.
No prior experience required, but a strong interest in diamonds and gemology is essential.
Enrolled in a gemology program.
