Cartier Machining Technician

- Design and ensure technical feasibility of jewelry components.
- Define machining strategy in alignment with component geometry and overall process vision.
- Participate in project meetings with internal clients.
- Execute CAD/CAM phases, including tool trajectory and cutting parameters.
- Design and oversee the production of necessary tooling for piece production.
- Ensure production and delivery of components adhering to quality, cost, and timeline standards.
- Maintain production plan compliance for components.
- Perform machining and manual finishing, ensuring component delivery and traceability.
- Coordinate supplier maintenance interventions and perform first-level preventive maintenance.
- Optimize the use of available production resources in the workshop.
- Contribute to workshop capacity planning and performance reporting.
- Procure, inspect, and receive consumables.
- Propose improvements for programming and machining methods.
- Professional BAC or BTS in Microtechnology (machining) with industrial experience.
- Experience in numerical machining (5-axis turning, milling on precious metals), CAD (CREO, RHINO, SW), and CAM (CREO).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Autonomous, proactive, and capable of project-based work.
