1. Manage a team of CNC machinists in the Bracelet/Clasp Gold machining sector.
2. Oversee daily operations focusing on team management, safety, technical quality, and productivity.
3. Participate in recruitment and integration processes for new machinists.
4. Organize and motivate the team, setting individual and collective goals.
5. Ensure team performance and versatility through ongoing training and development.
6. Facilitate the use of digital tools among team members.
7. Foster a healthy and stimulating work environment.
8. Communicate Cartier's values and performance indicators.
9. Collaborate with support teams to enhance cooperation.
10. Serve as the technical reference for machining within the production sector.
11. Lead improvement projects and oversee the integration of new equipment.

1. Technician ES in microtechnology or equivalent education.
2. Several years of industry experience with machining processes, ideally in watchmaking or similar fields.

1. Strong team management and interpersonal skills.
2. Excellent communication and pedagogical abilities.
3. Technical expertise in machining and leadership skills.
4. Proficiency in digital tools and performance management systems.

Proven experience in team management and technical support roles within the manufacturing industry.

Technician ES in microtechnology or equivalent.
