Cartier Luxury Sales Associate

- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a unique client experience at all touch points.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through Maison-specific CRM initiatives.
- Capture client data accurately for follow-up and relationship building.
- Resolve client issues and escalate to management as necessary.
- Participate in in-store and offsite events and networking activities.
- Comply with all security and operational policies and procedures.
- Assist with daily boutique operations, including set-up, breakdown, and maintenance.
- Participate in merchandising, inventory, and special projects as needed.
- College degree preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of timepiece movements is a plus.
- Additional language skills are advantageous.
2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail is required. Must be able to work weekends consistently in addition to one weekday.
College degree preferred.
Expected hourly range: $26/HR-$28/HR (Commission and Overtime eligible).
