Cartier Luxury Sales Associate

- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and maintaining high standards of product knowledge.
- Adapt sales approach to meet client needs and motivations, handling objections with ease.
- Support after-sales clients in alignment with Maison values, providing recommendations for an exceptional client experience.
- Cultivate client relationships through exceptional service and Maison-specific CRM initiatives.
- Accurately capture client data for follow-up and relationship building.
- Resolve client issues and escalate to management as necessary.
- Participate in in-store and offsite events and networking initiatives.
- Comply with all security and operational policies and procedures.
- Assist with daily boutique operations, including set-up, breakdown, and maintenance of displays.
- Participate in inventory management and special projects as needed.
- College degree preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Understanding of customer service needs and priorities
- Self-starter with a team-player approach
- Additional language skills are a plus
- General knowledge of timepiece movements preferred
2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail, with availability to work weekends and one weekday consistently.
College degree preferred
Expected hourly range: $26/HR-$28/HR (Commission and Overtime eligible). Salaries will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
