1. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a unique client experience at all touchpoints.
3. Develop and manage a client portfolio, fostering strong client relationships.
4. Assist and support clients with after-sales services, ensuring alignment with Maison values.
5. Stay informed on industry news and competitor activities.
6. Comply with all security and operational policies and procedures.
7. Participate in daily boutique operations, including setup, maintenance, and inventory management.
8. Engage in special projects and support back-office responsibilities as needed.

1. College degree preferred

1. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
2. Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
4. Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
5. Knowledge of timepiece movements preferred
6. Additional language skills are a plus

2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail. Must be able to work weekends consistently in addition to one weekday.

College degree preferred

Expected hourly range: $26/HR-$28/HR (Commission and Overtime eligible)
