Cartier Luxury Sales Associate

- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets as directed by management.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a unique client experience at all touchpoints.
- Adapt sales approach to meet client needs and motivations, handling objections with ease.
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships through Maison-specific CRM initiatives.
- Accurately capture and utilize client data for relationship building and follow-up.
- Resolve client issues and escalate to management when necessary.
- Participate in in-store and offsite events and networking activities.
- Comply with all security and operational policies and procedures.
- Assist with daily boutique operations, including setup, maintenance, and inventory management.
- Participate in special projects such as price changes and back-office support.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail.
- Ability to work Saturdays, Sundays, and one weekday consistently.
- Proficiency in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Computer and internet savvy, with MS Office experience; SAP knowledge preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask with precision.
- Additional language skills and knowledge of timepiece movements are advantageous.
2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail is required.
College degree preferred.
Salaries will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
