1. Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets as directed by management.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a unique client experience at all touchpoints.
3. Adapt sales approach to meet client needs and motivations.
4. Negotiate and manage client objections effectively.
5. Support after-sales clients, providing recommendations aligned with Maison values.
6. Cultivate client relationships through exceptional service and CRM initiatives.
7. Accurately capture and utilize client data for relationship building.
8. Resolve client issues and escalate to management when necessary.
9. Participate in in-store and offsite events and networking activities.
10. Comply with all security and operational policies and procedures.
11. Assist with daily boutique operations, including setup, breakdown, and maintenance.
12. Participate in merchandising and inventory activities.
13. Assist with special projects as needed.

1. 2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail.
2. Ability to work weekends and one weekday consistently.

1. Proficiency in a fast-paced retail environment.
2. Computer and internet proficiency, with MS Office experience required and SAP knowledge preferred.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Strong customer service orientation and understanding of client priorities.
5. Attention to detail with multitasking ability.
6. Additional language skills are advantageous.
7. Knowledge of timepiece movements is preferred.

2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail is required.

College degree preferred.
