1. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management.
2. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a unique client experience at all touchpoints.
3. Adapt sales approach to meet client needs and motivations, handling objections with ease.
4. Cultivate and maintain client relationships through exceptional service and CRM initiatives.
5. Accurately capture client data for follow-up and relationship building.
6. Resolve client issues and escalate to management as needed.
7. Participate in in-store and offsite events and networking opportunities.
8. Comply with all security and operational policies and procedures.
9. Assist with daily boutique operations, including set-up, breakdown, and maintenance.
10. Participate in inventory management and special projects as needed.

1. College degree preferred.
2. Availability to work weekends and one weekday consistently.
3. 2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail.

1. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
2. Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
5. Ability to multitask with precision.
6. Additional language skills are a plus.
7. Knowledge of timepiece movements preferred.

2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail, with a focus on client relations and sales.

College degree preferred.

Expected hourly range: $26/HR-$28/HR, commission and overtime eligible.
