1. Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets as set by management.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a unique client experience at all touchpoints.
3. Develop and maintain client relationships through Maison-specific CRM initiatives.
4. Accurately capture and utilize client data for relationship building.
5. Resolve client issues and escalate to management when necessary.
6. Participate in in-store and offsite events and networking activities.
7. Comply with all security and operational policies and procedures.
8. Assist with daily boutique operations, including merchandising and inventory management.
9. Support special projects such as price changes and back-office responsibilities.

1. 2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail.
2. Ability to work Saturdays, Sundays, and one weekday consistently.

1. Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
4. Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
5. Additional language skills are advantageous.
6. General knowledge of timepiece movements is preferred.

2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail is required.

A college degree is preferred.
