1. Deliver an exceptional client experience before, during, and after each sale.
2. Proactively develop and maintain a robust client portfolio.
3. Contribute to achieving individual and boutique sales targets, both quantitative and qualitative.
4. Cultivate strong client relationships and foster client loyalty.
5. Execute targeted CRM actions and engage in client events as a brand ambassador.
6. Adhere to brand and boutique policies and procedures.
7. Support stock inventories and assist with boutique opening and closing procedures.
8. Ensure compliance with Visual Merchandising guidelines.
9. Assist with special projects and undertake administrative and stock room tasks as required.

1. Proven track record of successful achievement within a luxury retail environment.
2. Sales-oriented and target-driven background.
3. Excellent customer service credentials.

1. Strong communication skills with empathy and good interpersonal competences.
2. Result and action-oriented with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
3. Fluency in English; additional languages are beneficial.

Experience in luxury retail sales with a focus on client relationship management and achieving sales targets.
