1. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and maintaining high standards.
3. Adapt sales approach to meet client needs and motivations.
4. Assist and support after-sales clients, ensuring an exceptional client experience.
5. Cultivate and manage client relationships through exceptional service and CRM initiatives.
6. Capture client data accurately for follow-up and relationship building.
7. Resolve client issues and escalate to management as needed.
8. Participate in in-store and offsite events and networking activities.
9. Comply with all security and operational policies and procedures.
10. Assist with daily boutique operations, including set-up, breakdown, and maintenance.
11. Participate in inventories and cycle counts to ensure successful audits.
12. Assist with special projects, such as price changes and back-office responsibilities.

1. 2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail.
2. Ability to work Saturdays, Sundays, and one weekday consistently.

1. Proficiency in a fast-paced retail environment.
2. Computer and internet savvy.
3. Experience with MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred.
4. Additional language skills are a plus.
5. General knowledge of timepiece movements preferred.
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
7. Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
8. Professional demeanor and brand ambassadorship.
9. Self-starter with a team-player approach.

2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail is required.

College degree preferred.
