Cartier Logistics Manager

- Directly manage the operational team and cross-functional workshop resources.
- Supervise a team of three individuals, establishing training plans to support team development and career progression.
- Ensure succession planning and continuity of operations.
- Oversee and optimize the workshop's logistical and IT flows.
- Guide the team in executing operational tasks.
- Develop and animate the project roadmap for continuous improvement.
- Guarantee production commitments in collaboration with the Workshop (Cost/Planning/Quality).
- Create reporting tools and consolidate activity indicators.
- Report alerts and request arbitration within the scope.
- Consolidate and challenge the tracking of artisans' hours.
- Analyze workload versus capacity in the short, medium, and long term.
- Prepare and organize allocation meetings with the Workshop Manager.
- Balance internal workload and subcontracting for related trades.
- Support scheduling, smoothing, and prioritization of pieces in the workshop.
- Ensure documentation, capitalization, and technical data management.
- Implement regulatory aspects (title +, traceability, etc.) within the department.
- Apply security/safety policies and continuous improvement approaches.
- Manage inventory and stock integrity.
- Oversee precious stock levels and ensure proper management of tooling and non-stocked product orders.
- Ensure cross-functional project management and collaboration with Lafayette teams.
- Develop relationships with other site entities.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business (Bac +5 equivalent).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production, logistics, or supply chain environment.
- Previous management experience is advantageous.
- Strong priority management and proactive organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and rigor.
- Interest in jewelry craftsmanship and product constraints.
- Digitalization awareness and proficiency with information systems.
- Ability to lead work sessions with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and PowerBI.
A minimum of 5 years in a production, logistics, or supply chain environment, with management experience being a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business (Bac +5 equivalent).
