Cartier Logistics Coordinator

- Coordinate the administrative and physical aspects of production.
- Monitor the production of finished products and after-sales services, ensuring component availability and managing shortages and exchanges.
- Participate in workshop scheduling and verify production progress against commitments.
- Deliver products and conduct coherence checks upon delivery.
- Place and receive subcontracting orders for processes such as setting and polishing.
- Ensure the movement of raw materials on supplier weight accounts.
- Contribute to the regulatory activities of the workshop, including product guarantee administration and preparation of semi-annual summaries.
- Manage precious metal stocks, including ordering, receiving, and archiving guarantee certificates.
- Conduct periodic and general inventories.
- Coordinate workshop activities, including analyzing and regularizing time entries in SAP, managing sick leave, overtime, training convocations, and expense reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics or equivalent.
- Attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in logistics coordination within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
