Cartier Logistics Coordinator

1. Manage and monitor the product order portfolio within the systems.
2. Oversee the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) for products.
3. Calculate component needs for the product line.
4. Lead the short-term weekly production plan.
5. Communicate production plan alerts to relevant departments.
6. Maintain manufacturing orders within the Production Planning horizon.
7. Ensure effective communication with suppliers and subcontractors, including confirmations and deadline follow-ups.
8. Procure materials to support the production plan.
9. Participate in medium-term load-capacity planning with planning and production teams.
10. Ensure short-term load-capacity alignment.
11. Contribute to continuous improvement and optimization projects.
12. Propose performance improvement ideas and implement resulting actions.
13. Update and communicate logistics indicators.
14. Monitor stock actions and prepare stock reporting.
15. Participate in weekly and quarterly inventory counts.
16. Act as a key SAP user and engage with the logistics community.
17. Contribute to the evolution of organizational information systems related to Supply Chain processes.
18. Monitor valuation of work-in-progress and component stocks.

1. Degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical and Production Engineering.

1. Strong organizational skills.
2. Analytical mindset.
3. Excellent communication abilities.
4. Proficiency in digital tools, advanced Excel skills, and SAP expertise.
5. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.

A minimum of 2 years of confirmed professional experience in the industry.

Degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical and Production Engineering.
