Cartier Logistics Coordinator

- Manage and monitor the product order portfolio within the systems.
- Oversee the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) for products.
- Calculate component needs for the product line.
- Lead the short-term weekly production plan.
- Communicate production plan alerts to relevant departments.
- Maintain manufacturing orders within the Production Planning horizon.
- Ensure effective communication with suppliers and subcontractors, including confirmations and deadline follow-ups.
- Procure materials to support the production plan.
- Participate in medium-term load-capacity planning with planning and production teams.
- Ensure short-term load-capacity alignment.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and optimization projects.
- Propose performance improvement ideas and implement resulting actions.
- Update and communicate logistics indicators.
- Monitor stock actions and prepare stock reporting.
- Participate in weekly and quarterly inventory counts.
- Act as a key SAP user and engage with the logistics community.
- Contribute to the evolution of organizational information systems related to Supply Chain processes.
- Monitor valuation of work-in-progress and component stocks.
- Degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical and Production Engineering.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Proficiency in digital tools, advanced Excel skills, and SAP expertise.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
A minimum of 2 years of confirmed professional experience in the industry.
Degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical and Production Engineering.
