Cartier Leather Supplier Quality Assurance Specialist

- Implement and oversee quality assurance processes with leather suppliers to ensure reliability and quality of delivered components.
- Conduct Cartier Horlogerie audits at suppliers of soft bracelets.
- Manage supplier relationships by leading and monitoring preventive and corrective actions, validating action plans, and consolidating quality results.
- Support new product development by collaborating with Quality Product Managers to create generic specifications, define purchase specifications, and organize supplier quality audits.
- Promote continuous improvement by proposing and defining enhancement actions, supporting quality controllers, and ensuring training on new products and processes.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar field.
- In-depth knowledge of leather, preferably in bracelets.
- Technical diploma or equivalent, or an engineering degree with a specialization in quality or leather.
- Strong technical knowledge in watchmaking components, including blueprint reading and problem-solving methods.
- Proficiency in English and German at B1 level is advantageous.
- Exceptional organizational skills and autonomy.
- Dynamic with strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
A minimum of 5 years in a similar role within the leather or luxury goods industry is required.
