1. Implement and oversee quality assurance processes with leather suppliers to ensure reliability and quality of delivered components.
2. Conduct Cartier Horlogerie audits at suppliers of soft bracelets.
3. Manage supplier relationships by leading and monitoring preventive and corrective actions, validating action plans, and consolidating quality results.
4. Support new product development by collaborating with Quality Product Managers to create generic specifications, define purchase specifications, and organize supplier quality audits.
5. Promote continuous improvement by proposing and defining enhancement actions, supporting quality controllers, and ensuring training on new products and processes.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar field.
2. In-depth knowledge of leather, preferably in bracelets.
3. Technical diploma or equivalent, or an engineering degree with a specialization in quality or leather.

1. Strong technical knowledge in watchmaking components, including blueprint reading and problem-solving methods.
2. Proficiency in English and German at B1 level is advantageous.
3. Exceptional organizational skills and autonomy.
4. Dynamic with strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

A minimum of 5 years in a similar role within the leather or luxury goods industry is required.

Technical diploma or equivalent, or an engineering degree with a specialization in quality or leather.
