Cartier Learning & Development Manager

- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive Learning & Development strategies aligned with Cartier's business objectives.
- Deliver engaging and interactive learning programs across retail and corporate sectors in Türkiye.
- Localize and adapt regional learning materials to meet specific market needs, ensuring cultural and language relevance.
- Manage the local learning calendar in collaboration with regional L&D, Commercial, Retail, and HR leaders.
- Track training participation and measure business impact through key performance indicators.
- Provide one-to-one and group coaching to enhance skills, capabilities, and leadership effectiveness.
- Identify capability gaps and address them through targeted learning solutions.
- Monitor and manage the country learning budget, including venues, travel, and vendor costs.
- Collaborate with Commercial teams, Boutique Management, and HR Business Partners to align learning priorities with business needs.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a learning or development role, preferably within Luxury Retail or Hospitality.
- Degree in Adult Learning, HR, Business, or a related field.
- Mastery of learning facilitation and delivery, both formal and informal.
- Strong coaching skills for individual and group sessions.
- Commercial acumen and performance-driven mindset.
- Experience in managing training budgets and scheduling at a market/country level.
- Fluency in English and Turkish; additional language skills are advantageous.
A minimum of 5-7 years in a learning or development role with a focus on operational learning delivery, LMS and LXP management, reporting, and learning impact analysis.
Degree in Adult Learning, HR, Business, or related field.
