Cartier Learning and Development Manager

- Align learning initiatives with business strategies in collaboration with the Managing Director of Thailand and the Regional Head of Learning & Talent.
- Develop and execute an annual learning plan tailored to the needs of office and retail staff.
- Design and deliver local learning solutions and workshops to enhance client experience.
- Foster community engagement among key talents across various product categories.
- Supervise the Assistant L&D Manager and Sales Coach in daily operations.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning interventions to ensure high ROI.
- Coach retail teams to enhance skills and achieve sales KPIs.
- Maintain accurate training records and manage the learning management system (LMS).
- Track and manage the L&D budget in alignment with the annual plan.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in the retail or service industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Mandarin is advantageous).
- Strong coaching and facilitation techniques.
- Leadership skills.
- Strategic project thinking and project management skills.
5-7 years of experience in the retail or service industry, focusing on learning and development.
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
