Cartier Learning and Development Manager

- Develop and implement learning and development strategies aligned with local business objectives.
- Conduct capability and learning needs assessments to inform strategy.
- Design, develop, and deliver local learning solutions and experiential workshops.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Identify and integrate new training and psychometric tools to enhance development.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to support training initiatives.
- Create personalized career development plans for team members.
- Coach team members to enhance skills and achieve priorities.
- Manage and track budgets, ensuring alignment with the L&D plan.
- Negotiate contracts and maintain relationships with third-party training providers.
- Supervise the Assistant L&D Manager and Sales Coach in daily operations.
- 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in the retail or service industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent English communication skills; Mandarin proficiency is advantageous.
- Strong leadership and people skills, including coaching and facilitation.
- Strategic project thinking and project management capabilities.
5 - 7 years of experience in learning and development within the retail or service industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related field.
