1. Develop and implement learning and development strategies aligned with local business objectives.
2. Conduct capability and learning needs assessments to inform strategy.
3. Design, develop, and deliver local learning solutions and experiential workshops.
4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
5. Identify and integrate new training and psychometric tools to enhance development.
6. Collaborate with key stakeholders to support training initiatives.
7. Create personalized career development plans for team members.
8. Coach team members to enhance skills and achieve priorities.
9. Manage and track budgets, ensuring alignment with the L&D plan.
10. Negotiate contracts and maintain relationships with third-party training providers.
11. Supervise the Assistant L&D Manager and Sales Coach in daily operations.

1. 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in the retail or service industry.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related field.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Excellent English communication skills; Mandarin proficiency is advantageous.
3. Strong leadership and people skills, including coaching and facilitation.
4. Strategic project thinking and project management capabilities.

5 - 7 years of experience in learning and development within the retail or service industry.

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related field.
