Cartier Learning & Development Manager

- Develop and implement learning and development strategies aligned with local business objectives.
- Create annual learning plans for office and retail teams to meet market objectives.
- Design and deliver local learning solutions and workshops to enhance client experience.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and their impact on employees.
- Identify and integrate new training tools and methodologies to support employee development.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to support training initiatives.
- Develop personalized career development plans for team members.
- Coach team members to enhance skills and achieve objectives.
- Manage and track budgets, ensuring alignment with the L&D plan, and negotiate with third-party training providers.
- Supervise Assistant L&D Manager and Sales Coach in daily operations.
- 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in the retail or service industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent English communication skills; Mandarin is advantageous.
- Strong leadership and people skills, including coaching and facilitation.
- Strategic thinking and project management capabilities.
5 - 7 years of relevant experience in the retail or service industry is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related field.
