1. Develop and promote innovative learning initiatives, including gamified activities, team building, and online learning.
2. Support the Learning and Development team in driving key initiatives and projects related to skills and competency development.
3. Assist in managing the training calendar, coordinating with the HR team for new hire orientations, scheduling workshops, and administering course materials.
4. Encourage participation in cross-functional projects and collaborative learning experiences to enhance creativity and problem-solving skills.
5. Ensure all training materials are prepared and accessible for internal and external trainers and staff.

1. Degree in Human Resources, Learning and Development, Business, or a related field.
2. Previous internship or work experience in a related field is advantageous.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Strong attention to detail.
3. Effective communication skills in both Thai and English.
4. Ability to lead projects independently and achieve desired outcomes.
5. Excellent time management skills.
6. High level of team spirit and a proactive attitude.

Previous internship or work experience in a related field is advantageous.

Degree in Human Resources, Learning and Development, Business, or a related field.
