- Develop and promote innovative learning initiatives, including gamified activities, team building, and online learning.
- Support the Learning and Development team in driving key initiatives and projects related to skills and competency development.
- Assist in managing the training calendar, coordinating with the HR team for new hire orientations, scheduling workshops, and administering course materials.
- Encourage participation in cross-functional projects and collaborative learning experiences to enhance creativity and problem-solving skills.
- Ensure all training materials are prepared and accessible for internal and external trainers and staff.
- Degree in Human Resources, Learning and Development, Business, or a related field.
- Previous internship or work experience in a related field is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills in both Thai and English.
- Ability to lead projects independently and achieve desired outcomes.
- Excellent time management skills.
- High level of team spirit and a proactive attitude.
