1. Assist in the deployment of Lean Manufacturing initiatives within the Supplier Quality Assurance and Incoming Inspection teams.
2. Lead continuous improvement projects for the Watchmaking Manufacture in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland, aimed at enhancing operational control synergies and performance.

1. Currently pursuing an engineering degree with a focus on industrial management, operational excellence, or a related field.
2. Strong interest in continuous improvement and the watchmaking industry.

3. Proficient in data extraction and analysis using relevant software tools.

No prior experience required, but a keen interest in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement is essential.

Currently enrolled in an engineering program.
