Junior Architect Trainee

1. Support the Visual Merchandising (VM) team in handling the wholesale channel
2. Manage all VM administrative aspects with boutiques and dealers, including purchase orders, vendor creation/extensions, invoice checks, and wholesale orders
3. Create VM reporting for new openings and special events/activations
4. Contribute to enriching VM Yammer pages and internal tools
5. Collaborate with the VM team on CSR projects
6. Support the Store Design and Planning (SDP) team in boutique maintenance processes
7. Manage all SDP administrative aspects with boutiques and spaces, including purchase orders, vendor creation/extensions, invoice checks, supplier follow-ups, and site surveys
8. Create SDP reporting and presentations on new openings
9. Contribute to enriching the SDP Yammer pages and internal tools

1. Architecture background
2. Fluent in English and Italian

6. Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, SAP, AutoCAD

Experience in architecture or related fields is beneficial.
