- Ensure adherence to Cartier's jewelry standards during product definition and throughout the creation and development phases.
- Guarantee technical codes of the Maison and translate creative intentions into product expectations.
- Analyze creation drawings and provide recommendations on technical feasibility, cost, and quality.
- Contribute to risk analysis and propose setting types, finishing levels, and functional requirements considering creative intentions and desired marketing positioning.
- Assist in achieving optimal technical-cost-aesthetic choices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support designers and study office designers during the translation of drawings, focusing on product volume balance, setting definition, and aesthetic iterations.
- Participate in product definition phase until top volume in close collaboration with designers and study office designers.
- Facilitate prototype production in internal and external workshops across France, Italy, and Switzerland.
- Provide preliminary validation on prototype conformity and support prototype presentations for creation validation.
- Transmit expertise to teams, enhancing the jewelry expertise of Manufacturing.
- Support Quality during product audits to ensure compliance.
- Analyze after-sales service files and market feedback to address counterfeit concerns.
- Identify, structure, and lead continuous improvement projects and new service development internally and with the network.
- Lead strategic and tactical SCALE projects within the scope.
- Establish necessary documentation to elevate operational standards.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects and the development of a customer service culture.
- Completed CAP jeweler training with at least 10 years of significant industry experience.
- Experience interfacing with development or creation teams.
- Teamwork and pedagogical skills.
- Decision-making and arbitration abilities.
- Strong aesthetic sense to lead projects in line with the Maison's standards.
