- Contribute to the construction of the organizational progress plan and lead assigned projects.
- Participate in the development of the progress plan based on strategic site orientations.
- Manage project teams, scope, timelines, milestones, and expected outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to project commitments and communicate progress internally.
- Collaborate with the production unit's planning service on joint projects.
- Maintain and update dashboards and reporting related to performance indicators.
- Respond to special order requests, including cost estimation and information dissemination.
- Define and update production ranges and standards, ensuring cost accuracy in collaboration with financial control.
- Degree from an engineering school.
- Leadership and strong listening skills.
- Analytical capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Pragmatic, rigorous, and solution/performance-oriented.
- Project management expertise.
- Proficiency in SAP and continuous improvement methodologies.
Significant experience, ideally in high-end/luxury craftsmanship products.
Degree from an engineering school.
