1. Conduct an assessment of the documentation within the foundry production unit.
2. Update and manage the documentation system, identifying and rectifying obsolete or missing documents.
3. Draft and implement procedures for document review and management.
4. Develop production unit indicators using Baincube and secure existing operational methods.
5. Provide training and support to users on new systems and processes.
6. Lead the process improvement project for the foundry production unit, ensuring functionality from process framing to supplier consultation.

1. Currently enrolled in an engineering program or completing a professional bachelor's degree focused on continuous improvement and production.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, PowerBi, and SAP.
2. Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability.

No prior professional experience is required, though a background in continuous improvement and production is preferred.

Pursuing a degree in engineering or a related field.
