1. Design and implement tools to enhance the performance of the global retail network.
2. Engage with internal stakeholders from Richemont and Cartier to develop efficient support tools for boutique teams.
3. Review and improve reporting systems to aid performance monitoring and decision-making.
4. Support the creation and maintenance of automated reporting dashboards.
5. Conduct sales performance analysis to identify business opportunities by network, boutique, product category, and client segment.
6. Provide insights on key performance indicators to international commercial leadership and local commercial directors.
7. Contribute to the coordination of continuous improvement in internal governance to identify critical operations for enhancement.
8. Develop and deploy retail operational standards and solutions across the network.
9. Design communication and training materials for the implementation of retail excellence solutions.
10. Animate regions and markets to implement the Match To Traffic approach for boutique staffing.
11. Monitor key metrics related to staff scheduling optimization.
12. Contribute to the enhancement of the Match To Traffic solution with external agencies.
13. Identify local initiatives to scale up worldwide and enrich the operational excellence library.
14. Work transversally on various topics related to retail excellence.

1. 6-8 years of experience in luxury, industry, or FMCG sectors.
2. Client-centered mindset.
3. Retail background with experience in a boutique or local office retail function.
4. Project management skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
5. Experience in performance steering and process optimization.
6. Familiarity with agile methodologies and digital tools.
7. Fluency in English.
