- Coordinate the Cartier Retail Standards definition to support boutiques in their value strategy.
- Monitor and promote adherence to retail standards across all organizational levels.
- Manage projects that provide solutions for boutique teams to enhance operational excellence.
- Develop communication and training materials for the implementation of retail solutions.
- Identify and address local market needs to support regional operations.
- Contribute to the animation of the worldwide retail operations community through webinars and calls.
- Work transversally on various retail excellence topics.
- 6-8 years of experience in luxury, industry, or FMCG sectors.
- Retail background with experience as a boutique manager or in a local office retail function.
- Proven project management skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in performance steering and process optimization.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and digital tools.
