1. Design and implement retail operation procedures and standards in collaboration with Cartier and Richemont departments.
2. Identify opportunities to streamline procedures to enhance boutique efficiency while maintaining compliance.
3. Oversee the evolution of the Boutique Operations Manual Digital Platform to improve global accessibility.
4. Coordinate the Cartier Retail Standards definition to support boutiques in their value strategy.
5. Monitor and promote adherence to retail standards across all organizational levels.
6. Manage projects that provide solutions for boutique teams to enhance operational excellence.
7. Develop communication and training materials for the implementation of retail solutions.
8. Identify and address local market needs to support regional operations.
9. Contribute to the animation of the worldwide retail operations community through webinars and calls.
10. Work transversally on various retail excellence topics.

1. 6-8 years of experience in luxury, industry, or FMCG sectors.
2. Retail background with experience as a boutique manager or in a local office retail function.
3. Proven project management skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
4. Experience in performance steering and process optimization.
5. Familiarity with agile methodologies and digital tools.
6. Fluency in English.
