Cartier International Network Analyst

- Oversee the evolution of the global network for all Points of Sale (POS) types, including Boutiques, Watch Specialists, Fragrance, and Ephemeral spaces.
- Ensure network optimization in collaboration with Regions and Markets.
- Challenge and monitor store performance metrics.
- Maintain and ensure the quality of the network master database (Network Gallery).
- Allocate Capex budgets for designated Regions and Markets.
- Collaborate closely with Finance and Store Design Planning teams on investment follow-ups.
- Guide and support Markets in project submissions for new openings, renovations, and extensions.
- Coordinate with Store Design Planning, Finance, and other local commercial entities.
- Review, challenge, and promote projects for Commercial Central Management validation.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses on network renovation pace and other relevant studies.
- Monitor competitor networks.
- Support transformation projects, including network database enhancement and planning tool evolution.
- Master's degree in business management or engineering.
- 5-8 years of experience in international luxury retail analytics.
- Proficiency in data analysis and converting data into actionable insights.
- Innovative and problem-solving mindset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and Data Visualization tools such as Looker and Power BI.
- Knowledge of Anaplan is advantageous.
- Fluency in English.
5-8 years of experience in the international luxury retail industry, particularly in analytics.
Master's degree in business management or engineering.
