- Coordinate the development of product collections, collaborating with partners throughout the product development process.
- Contribute to defining new products across various elements of the marketing mix.
- Propose clear and structured concepts/briefs for creation, supporting designers until design validation.
- Oversee industrial development, ensuring the transition from design to product launch.
- Propose pricing strategies and participate in optimizing the profitability of product lines.
- Collaborate with Cartier Operations to define sales hypotheses tailored to market needs and specifics.
- Ensure the accuracy and update of product information in databases.
- Present and promote new collections internally.
- Develop sales support tools for markets/regions/sellers in alignment with their needs.
- Identify business opportunities and needs, providing data-driven recommendations for business and profitability development.
- Ensure visibility and coherence of collections across various platforms (website, boutiques) in partnership with relevant departments.
- Participate in the development and drafting of the marketing product plan for the next three years, constructing launch plans for upcoming novelties.
- Sensitivity to creative environments and concepts of sophistication, excellence, and craftsmanship.
- Demonstrated curiosity and interest in the sector and products.
- Recognized organizational skills, ability to manage priorities, attention to detail, and rigor.
- Agility and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Outlook).

- Fluency in French and English.
