1. Develop and implement the commercial strategy for the Fragrance category in the Asian region, encompassing Travel Retail and Local Markets.
2. Lead and coordinate marketing operations to ensure a consistent client experience across all platforms.
3. Collaborate with regional teams to build and execute relevant strategies.
4. Guide and support the Fragrance specialists’ community, providing commercial guidance and ensuring strategy execution.
5. Monitor sales performance and brand image in key locations, analyzing KPIs and proposing innovative sales strategies.
6. Provide strategic insights through quantitative and qualitative feedback from regional markets.

1. Minimum 10 years of experience in the Fragrance & Beauty industry with international exposure, preferably within a luxury brand.
2. Experience at both Central and Regional levels is essential.
3. Strong knowledge of domestic and travel retail networks, with an understanding of eCommerce.
4. Extensive knowledge of the Asian market.

4. Agility and adaptability in uncertain environments.
5. Fluency in English; proficiency in French is advantageous.
