1. Lead the commercial strategy for the Fragrance category in assigned regions.
2. Develop business strategies for Travel Retail and Local Markets.
3. Ensure consistent client experiences across boutiques, flagships, chains, and e-partners.
4. Guide and animate the Fragrance specialists’ community.
5. Monitor sales performance and brand image in key locations.
6. Collaborate with regions to execute commercial strategies.
7. Challenge ROI of investment plans and propose innovative ideas.

1. Minimum 10 years of experience in the Fragrance & Beauty industry with international exposure.
2. Experience at both Central and Regional levels.

1. Strong knowledge of domestic and travel retail networks.
2. Understanding of eCommerce.
3. Business development and negotiation skills.
4. Change management skills.
5. Excellent communication skills.
6. Agility and ability to navigate uncertainty.
7. Fluency in English; French is a plus.

Minimum 10 years in the Fragrance & Beauty industry with international exposure, ideally for a luxury brand.
