Cartier International Fine Watches Coordinator

- Support the Fine Watches team in stock allocation management, coordinating distribution across High Jewelry regions and integrating into local commercial planning.
- Respond to stock requests from regions and markets, and regularly update stock tracking tools including allocations, reservations, and invoicing.
- Assist in production follow-up for defined scopes and collaborate with the International Manager on limited edition allocations, ensuring commercial and operational follow-through.
- Provide operational support in preparing international and regional events, including commercial preparation and support for involved regions and markets.
- Manage the creation of the 'Product Book' with technical information, commercial pitches, and range structure.
- Develop sales tracking documents for events and manage invoicing follow-up for international High Jewelry events and new releases.
- Maintain the replenishment file to support international and regional events.
- Monitor and update monthly reporting tools for all offerings and coordinate monthly meetings with regions, preparing agendas and performance reports.
- Disseminate merchandising information and conduct ad hoc analyses to support business development.
- Higher education degree from a Business or Engineering School.
- Initial professional experience in the luxury sector, particularly in operational marketing, commercial operations, or supply chain.
- Project management expertise with strong commercial acumen and client orientation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a keen interest in watch and jewelry products.
- Ability to build a network of partners based on strong values such as commitment, honesty, and mutual respect.
- Proficiency in office and decision-making tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Analysis.
- Fluency in professional English, both written and spoken.
Previous experience in a subsidiary or in commercial or retail functions is advantageous.
Higher education degree from a Business or Engineering School.
