1. Steer and drive the performance of the Prestige Network, including biannual or quarterly analysis of stock and sales, and defining operational action plans.
2. Define the annual network expansion process, including qualitative and quantitative criteria and planning of validation sessions.
3. Communicate updates and performance to stakeholders such as the Partners Team, VM Team, Central Commercial Team, and Marketing and Communication Team.
4. Contribute to defining target assortments and ensure updates in reference documents and the Gravity HE monitoring tool.
5. Ensure updates of network performance monitoring tools, particularly the High-End Gravity tool, in collaboration with the Operations team.
6. Conduct transversal performance analysis for key milestones throughout the year, supporting strategic plan preparation.
7. Develop and deliver annual performance reviews and other key deliverables such as Roadshows and World Meetings.
8. Conduct competitive intelligence analysis and on-demand analysis on specific topics.
9. Analyze the performance of international events in collaboration with product teams.
10. Propose and manage improvement projects related to rituals and tools, or assign them to project teams.
11. Support, plan, and coordinate communication on offers/projects to various stakeholders.
12. Represent the team in common topics and activities, ensuring coherence.
13. Plan and coordinate inter-regional and transversal FJ/FW points, and support product teams in developing analysis tools and dashboards.
14. Support teams during international events, participate in events, and become proficient in both offers, focusing on FW to act as a product referent.

1. Engineering or business degree.
2. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, ideally in the luxury sector, international functions, or roles such as operational marketing, retail, commercial operations, supply chain, or consulting.
3. Successful project management experience.
