Cartier International Client Services Intern

- Enhance Client Services reporting tools and conduct performance analysis.
- Follow up and deep dive into monthly Client Services KPIs.
- Implement new reporting and monitor regularly with markets.
- Conduct intelligence benchmarking on services, prices, lead times, and assets.
- Identify enhancement opportunities for the Client Services reporting tool by collecting community needs, creating request tickets, and prioritizing new features.
- Lead performance analysis for Cartier’s worldwide Warranty Extension program.
- Monitor and communicate regularly on market results and review training materials.
- Support markets’ requests and create one-pagers to assist boutiques with registration.
- Track and provide reports on complaint volumes and Client Services satisfaction KPIs.
- Provide analysis from various internal tools to support decision-making and prepare meetings with markets.
- Business or Engineering student, university or equivalent.
- Successful first experience in analytical assignments, in Marketing or Client Services.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of SAP Salesforce reporting software is a plus.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Comfortable with the Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).
A successful first experience in analytical assignments, preferably in Marketing or Client Services, is required.
Business or Engineering student, university or equivalent.
