Cartier International Client Services Intern

1. Enhance Client Services reporting tools and conduct performance analysis
2. Follow up and analyze monthly Client Services KPIs
3. Implement new reporting and monitor regularly with markets
4. Conduct intelligence benchmarking on services, prices, lead times, and assets
5. Identify enhancement opportunities for the Client Services reporting tool
6. Lead performance analysis for Cartier’s worldwide Warranty Extension program
7. Monitor and communicate market results
8. Review training materials and support market requests
9. Facilitate communication between markets and organize best practices sharing sessions
10. Support Client satisfaction and complaints management projects
11. Track and report on complaint volumes and Client Services satisfaction KPIs
12. Provide analysis to support decision-making and prepare meetings with markets
13. Collect market feedback on the complaint management tool and track improvement requests
14. Update and improve training materials

1. Business or Engineering student, university or equivalent
2. Successful first experience in analytical assignments, Marketing, or Client Services

1. Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
2. Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
3. Knowledge of SAP Salesforce reporting software is a plus
4. Organized and attentive to details
5. Good priority management
6. Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
7. Fluent in English, both written and spoken
8. Comfortable with the Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)

A successful first experience in analytical assignments, Marketing, or Client Services is required.
