Cartier International Client Data Project Manager

- Define business requirements and business rules for Retail Transformation Program and Client Foundation Strengthening Projects.
- Conduct testing of new features related to the 360 View integration.
- Perform client data quality checks and provide analysis to identify root causes during testing phases.
- Support the Client Data Steward in investigating client data incidents.
- Assist with main client data incidents and requests on the Google Cloud Platform.
- Aid markets and team members in resolving client data issues.
- Analyze issues to help users understand root causes.
- Participate actively in main projects of the Client Domain.
- Clarify new requirements or existing rules with business stakeholders.
- Communicate and update the Client Community on ongoing changes and future evolutions.
- Act as a point of contact for Cartier Client data users and newcomers.
- Document project changes and contribute to training the Client Community on strategic initiatives.
- Organize workshops to onboard users on new features.
- Master’s degree in Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years in data product management or data projects implementation.
- Experience in data analysis, data quality, and data cleaning.
- Proficiency in databases and SQL language.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Fluency in French and English.

Master’s degree in Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering, or related field.
