1. Assist in the implementation of in-store experiences and gifting initiatives.
2. Collaborate with external vendors such as hotels and event agencies, as well as internal teams and international subsidiaries.
3. Conduct competitive analysis on VIP team projects including events, experiences, gifts, transport, and hospitality.
4. Deploy in-store experiences across markets and manage local celebrations and hospitality.
5. Create process guidelines and develop gift concepts in collaboration with marketing, CRM, and creative studio teams.
6. Coordinate logistics for welcome packs during events, including briefing, ordering, and operational management with agencies.
7. Analyze post-event gift feedback and compile reports for review and improvement.

1. Currently enrolled in a business school, IAE, or hospitality school, seeking an end-of-study internship.
2. Previous experience in luxury or hospitality is appreciated.

2. Excellent interpersonal skills and discretion.
3. Ability to manage stress and prioritize tasks effectively.
4. Teamwork and collaboration skills.
5. Fluent in spoken and written English and French.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
7. Knowledge of Photoshop is an advantage.

Previous experience in the luxury or hospitality industry is appreciated but not mandatory.

Currently enrolled in a business school, IAE, or hospitality school.

Starting from €1300 gross per month, depending on the level of study.
