Cartier Intern - International VIP Experience Project Assistant

- Assist in the implementation of in-store experiences and gifting initiatives.
- Collaborate with external partners such as hotels and event agencies, as well as internal teams and international subsidiaries.
- Conduct competitive analysis on VIP team projects including events, experiences, gifts, transportation, and hospitality.
- Deploy in-store experiences across various markets and manage local celebrations and hospitality.
- Develop guidelines and processes for gifting prior to events.
- Research and recommend gift ideas, collaborating with internal teams such as marketing, CRM, and creative studio.
- Present concepts for approval and participate in the development process from inception to completion.
- Coordinate logistics for welcome packs during events, including briefing, ordering, and operational management with agencies.
- Analyze post-event feedback on gifts provided by local teams and compile reports for review.
- Manage gift photoshoots and compile feedback for post-event analysis.
- Currently enrolled in a business school, IAE, or hospitality school seeking a final-year internship.
- Previous experience in luxury or hospitality is appreciated.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and discretion.
- Ability to handle stress and work under pressure.
- Proactive in managing priorities.
- Teamwork capability.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written, as 90% of communications are in English.
- Proficiency in French, both spoken and written.
- Excellent command of office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of Photoshop is a plus.
Previous experience in luxury or hospitality is appreciated.
Currently enrolled in a business school, IAE, or hospitality school.
Starting from €1,300 gross per month, depending on the level of study.
Access to private sales, telecommuting rights, and 50% coverage of transportation costs.
