1. Coordinate and oversee local and regional VIP experiences for clients, press, celebrities, and other guests in collaboration with headquarters and 15 subsidiaries.
2. Develop bespoke experiences in coordination with agencies, including hospitality, transportation, and gifting.
3. Manage concierge service requests alongside project managers.
4. Draft PowerPoint presentations and guidelines for various audiences.
5. Contribute to meeting minutes and post-event reports.
6. Handle post-event invoicing and budget tracking.
7. Participate in event site visits and coordinate with various stakeholders and service providers.

1. Enrolled in a business school, IAE, or hospitality school seeking a final-year internship.
2. Previous experience in luxury or hospitality is appreciated.

2. Excellent interpersonal skills and discretion.
3. Ability to handle stress and maintain endurance.
4. Proactive and adept at prioritizing tasks.
5. Teamwork capabilities.
6. Fluent in spoken and written English; 90% of communications are in English.
7. Proficiency in spoken and written French.
8. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
9. Knowledge of Photoshop is advantageous.

Previous experience in the luxury or hospitality sector is appreciated.

Enrolled in a business school, IAE, or hospitality school.

Starting at €1300 gross per month, depending on the level of education.
