Cartier Intern - International VIP Experience Project Assistant

- Coordinate and oversee local and regional VIP experiences for clients, press, celebrities, and other guests in collaboration with headquarters and 15 subsidiaries.
- Develop bespoke experiences in coordination with agencies, including hospitality, transportation, and gifting.
- Manage concierge service requests alongside project managers.
- Draft PowerPoint presentations and guidelines for various audiences.
- Contribute to meeting minutes and post-event reports.
- Handle post-event invoicing and budget tracking.
- Participate in event site visits and coordinate with various stakeholders and service providers.
- Enrolled in a business school, IAE, or hospitality school seeking a final-year internship.
- Previous experience in luxury or hospitality is appreciated.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and discretion.
- Ability to handle stress and maintain endurance.
- Proactive and adept at prioritizing tasks.
- Teamwork capabilities.
- Fluent in spoken and written English; 90% of communications are in English.
- Proficiency in spoken and written French.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of Photoshop is advantageous.
Previous experience in the luxury or hospitality sector is appreciated.
Enrolled in a business school, IAE, or hospitality school.
Starting at €1300 gross per month, depending on the level of education.
