- Assist in the planning and monitoring of communication investments across various departments such as Creative Content, Events, Media, Celebrities, and Art & Culture.
- Engage in regular communication with budget stakeholders to support daily operations.
- Contribute to the preparation and updating of presentations and ad hoc analyses for communication and financial reporting.
- Support budget management and expenditure tracking for cross-functional projects.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of budget tracking tools like Anaplan and business insights tools like Looker.
- Analyze communication investments and formulate recommendations based on regions, departments, project types, product categories, collections, communication channels, expenditure types, and distribution networks.
- Assist in updating communication activation calendars and ensure coherence with planned budgets.
- Conduct competitive analysis of 360-degree communication activations and financial reporting.
- Currently enrolled in an engineering school, business school, university, or equivalent program.
- Previous significant experience of 6 months as a Business Analyst.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Anaplan is a plus.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.
- Proactive with strong priority management skills.
- Ability to work on diverse projects with flexibility in work methods.
A minimum of 6 months of relevant experience as a Business Analyst is required.
Currently pursuing a degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
Starting from 1400 euros gross per month, depending on the level of education.
