1. Oversee and implement innovative technologies across Cartier Horlogerie sites.
2. Deploy automation solutions, including robotics and cobotics, in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
3. Identify use cases and lead proof of concept (POC) initiatives for AI-assisted industrial vision solutions.
4. Conduct financial analyses (ROI) and develop machine specifications.
5. Benchmark and propose breakthrough technologies.
6. Support teams with change management challenges.

1. Currently pursuing an engineering degree with a focus on generalist studies, research & innovation, or computer science.
2. Passionate about the horological industry.

1. Autonomous and proactive with strong problem-solving abilities.
2. Proficient in project management.
3. Strong interest in new technologies and algorithm mastery.
4. Ability to work effectively in diverse teams.

No prior professional experience required, but a strong interest and academic background in relevant fields are essential.
