Cartier Information Systems Manager

- Lead and manage all IT projects from user needs analysis to production and operation.
- Take full responsibility for project management, including planning, resource allocation, budget monitoring, negotiation, coordination, and reporting.
- Define business, functional, and technical requirements, assess risks and challenges, and draft specifications.
- Design the functional, application, and technical architecture of information systems in line with Richemont guidelines.
- Ensure project compliance with cybersecurity standards.
- Oversee the preparation of consultation documents and market monitoring.
- Coordinate all applications and interfaces to ensure system coherence and efficiency.
- Organize governance bodies (steering committees, working groups) for collaborative decision-making.
- Manage relationships and contracts with Richemont IT teams, external providers, and software vendors.
- Supervise and validate testing, configuration, and production phases to ensure deliverable quality.
- Provide technical-functional support and corrective and evolutionary maintenance of applications.
- Advise business departments in expressing needs and deploying digital transformation projects.
- Participate in change management and knowledge transfer.
- Maintain technological and functional watch and update documentation repositories.
- Establish clear and concise reporting for dashboards and stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external teams, demonstrating listening and clarity in reporting actions and results.
- Degree in higher education, ideally in computer science (engineering school or equivalent university, Bac+5).
- Recognized project management skills through a diploma or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong general knowledge of information systems.
- Excellent technical, systems, and network knowledge.
- Proficiency in IT project management and design methods, including agile methodology.
- Expertise in project management, group facilitation, and meeting management.
- Familiarity with web and digital technologies (Azure PaaS, Laravel, Twill, mobility, white-label integration, Web Services/API, SaaS).
- Knowledge of IT tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics).
- Understanding of main web services (Apache, Nginx) and ability to work with APIs.
- Autonomy, strong organizational skills, rigor, flexibility, integrity.
- Good interpersonal skills, ability to work in teams (internal and external), flexibility in relationship management.
- Analytical and synthesis skills, proactive and innovative, problem-solving ability.
- Curiosity and involvement.
- Ability to anticipate and manage tensions.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.
Proven experience in leading or managing IT projects (minimum 4-5 years, or 3 to 8 years). Successful project management experience, including web projects. Confirmed experience in managing IT projects in a similar functional context.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.
Salary over 13 months plus participation/profit-sharing and bonus.
75% coverage of the Pass Navigo or soft mobility package.
