1. Develop operational excellence systems by creating frameworks, tools, and training modules.
2. Implement operational management systems and problem-solving methodologies.
3. Organize and participate in Lean Management projects such as 5S, SMED, and VSM.
4. Define and document project roadmaps in alignment with industrial strategy.
5. Outline project objectives, governance, deliverables, participants, timelines, and milestones.
6. Enhance visibility on OT security requirements and processes.
7. Facilitate the cybersecurity community.

1. Currently enrolled in an engineering program with a focus on industrial engineering, production management, or cybersecurity.
2. Passion for the watchmaking industry.
3. Fluency in English and/or Italian.

1. Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing tools.
2. Autonomous, organized, and proactive.
3. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
4. Ability to propose innovative solutions.

Experience in consulting is advantageous but not required.

Pursuing a degree in engineering or a related field.
