1. Assist in the management and monitoring of import/export dossiers.
2. Contribute to the updating of customs and operational procedures.
3. Maintain and update dashboards related to customs activities.
4. Support operational staff in handling customs import-export dossiers.
5. Manage daily archiving and implement procedural frameworks.
6. Aid in the organization of transport logistics, including pre-alerts.
7. Participate in the development and updating of transport procedures and internal communications.
8. Adjust transport procedures in alignment with group compliance requirements.
9. Analyze import-export flows and associated incoterms, identifying billing adjustments for carriers.
10. Establish traceability procedures for export dossiers.
11. Engage in continuous improvement projects within the logistics service, utilizing lean management and problem-solving techniques.

1. Currently pursuing a Bac +2 degree in Transport Logistics Customs (BTS/DUT).

1. Proficiency in computer tools and software.
2. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
3. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.

No prior experience required, but familiarity with logistics and customs processes is advantageous.
