Cartier Human Resources Manager

- Provide comprehensive HR support, including performance and employee relations management, interviewing candidates, and managing key HR processes such as compensation and talent reviews.
- Oversee performance management processes and conduct employee relations investigations in collaboration with the HR Director.
- Conduct new hire check-ins, employee roundtables, and exit interviews.
- Develop and implement people strategies focusing on talent acquisition, management, development, and succession planning.
- Offer coaching and guidance on employment matters to employees.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and talent acquisition teams to attract and hire candidates that align with business needs.
- Utilize data analytics to provide regular updates on HR metrics in partnership with the HR coordinator.
- Implement new programs and initiatives to enhance employee development and engagement.
- Collaborate with Learning & Development, Compensation, Benefits, and Legal teams to meet key HR deliverables.
- Conduct regular boutique visits to gather insights for training and development initiatives, requiring overnight travel as needed.
- Manage the talent review process, facilitating meetings and preparing presentations for the Executive team.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, providing training and updates as necessary.
- Support data collection for employee visa and immigration processes.
- Lead strategic HR initiatives and local engagement projects within the region.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA or master's degree preferred.
- HR Certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with expertise in employee relations, talent management, recruiting, and performance management.
- Proven ability to identify needs, develop action plans, and execute deliverables.
- Knowledge of US and California employment laws.
- Strong interpersonal and consulting skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across functions.
- Experience coaching mid or senior-level leaders to enhance leadership performance.
