- Manage all correspondence related to the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, and terminations.
- Collaborate with temporary staffing agencies to manage contracts and track working hours.
- Maintain and update electronic employee files.
- Assist in the administrative recruitment process, including preboarding and new employee integration.
- Provide HR support by addressing employee inquiries at the HR reception desk.
- Participate in organizing internal events.
- Process unsolicited job applications.
- Support the HR team with various administrative tasks and correspondence.
- Currently pursuing a commercial education with professional maturity (MP 3+1).
- Proficiency in French, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to confidentiality.
- Adaptability and a preference for working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
No prior experience required, but a keen interest in human resources and administrative functions is essential.
Currently pursuing a commercial education with professional maturity (MP 3+1).
