2. Collaborate with business leaders to formulate and execute workforce planning initiatives.
3. Provide expert HR advice and counsel to management, enhancing business performance.
4. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee records and databases.
5. Partner with the Total Reward team on compensation and benefits strategies, including salary benchmarking and budget management.
6. Lead talent acquisition efforts, ensuring a seamless recruitment and onboarding process.
7. Drive talent management and development initiatives, including performance reviews and individual development plans.
8. Foster a positive employee relations environment, addressing grievances and facilitating engagement surveys.
9. Collaborate on regional and global HR projects, aligning with Group and HQ strategies.

1. Approximately 10 years of experience in a HR Business Partner role or equivalent.
2. Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

3. Proven problem-solving skills and business acumen, with a data-driven approach.

Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
