- Develop and implement HR strategies and workforce plans to support business growth across Oceania.
- Collaborate with business leaders to formulate and execute workforce planning initiatives.
- Provide expert HR advice and counsel to management, enhancing business performance.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee records and databases.
- Partner with the Total Reward team on compensation and benefits strategies, including salary benchmarking and budget management.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts, ensuring a seamless recruitment and onboarding process.
- Drive talent management and development initiatives, including performance reviews and individual development plans.
- Foster a positive employee relations environment, addressing grievances and facilitating engagement surveys.
- Collaborate on regional and global HR projects, aligning with Group and HQ strategies.
- Approximately 10 years of experience in a HR Business Partner role or equivalent.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and consulting abilities, capable of influencing at all organizational levels.
- Proven problem-solving skills and business acumen, with a data-driven approach.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a high level of personal accountability.
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
Approximately 10 years in a HR Business Partner role or with comprehensive HR functions.
Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
