- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

- Provide HR advice and counsel to management.

- Ensure accuracy of employee records and databases.
- Collaborate with Total Reward team on compensation and benefits strategies.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and manage personnel cost plans.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition team on recruitment and employer branding.
- Oversee onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
- Manage talent development and performance review processes.
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and handle employee relations.
- Collaborate on regional and group HR projects.
- Approximately 10 years of experience in HR Business Partner roles.
- Degree in Human Resources or Business-related field.
- Excellent cross-team collaboration and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and consulting abilities.
- Drive-for-results orientation with strategic execution skills.
- Proactive approach with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- High level of ownership and accountability.
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Approximately 10 years of experience in a HR Business Partner role or with full spectrum of human resource functions.
Degree in Human Resources or Business-related field.
