1. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
2. Collaborate with business leaders to formulate workforce plans supporting growth.
3. Provide HR advice and counsel to management.
4. Participate in designing a high-performing and sustainable organization.
5. Ensure accuracy of employee records and databases.
6. Collaborate with Total Reward team on compensation and benefits strategies.
7. Conduct salary benchmarking and manage personnel cost plans.
8. Partner with Talent Acquisition team on recruitment and employer branding.
9. Oversee onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
10. Manage talent development and performance review processes.
11. Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and handle employee relations.
12. Collaborate on regional and group HR projects.

1. Approximately 10 years of experience in HR Business Partner roles.
2. Degree in Human Resources or Business-related field.

4. Proactive approach with strong problem-solving capabilities.
5. High level of ownership and accountability.
6. Fluency in English, both verbal and written.

Approximately 10 years of experience in a HR Business Partner role or with full spectrum of human resource functions.

Degree in Human Resources or Business-related field.
